We have a detailed plan to perform a migration to new server/hardware/Disaster recovery. Below steps should be followed:
1. Under Manage-->Settings-->Network Tab-->Server IP/FQDN--> Add New server IP/ FQDN.
2. Once done, let all the clients backup once to the server, with this the new IP will be pushed to all client machines.
3. Next perform a backup of the inSync server, below article can be referred:
Once the backup is done, I would suggest contacting our Support Team to get the migration done.
