Slow computer shutdown with Druva and SCEP

We are experiencing a problem with windows 7 PC's shutting down really slowly when System Center Endpoint protection Real-Time scanning and the Druva Service is running, disabling either the Druva Service or the SCEP Trealtime Scanning option fixes the problem.  Has anyone else seen this problem and have you found a permanent solution?  I have a ticket open but no permanent solution yet.

Thank you!

This script can be used where if it is pushed on a user who does not have inSync, it will not have any impact.

@echo off
tasklist /fi "imagename inSync*" | find ":" > nul
if errorlevel 1 taskkill /f /T /im "inSync*" 2> nul

As per the latest update, this KB should resolve the slow shutdown issue.

You can install this KB and check the behaviour.

Have you had any updates on this issue with Microsoft, we have implemented the task kill solution on shutdown though this is dirty to say the least and doesn't look good as a longterm supported solution.

Damian, Gary,

We do not have a ticket with MS. A tentative timeline given to one of our customers was Jan 2017.

We are trying to get the latest updates.

Has anyone heard if a fix has been released for this?
