inSync Client - Customer Advisory: Backup fails post Windows 10 Creators Update 1803 if backup content has OneDrive or Sharepoint mapped folders We have uncovered an issue with the inSync Windows client on devices running Windows 10 Creators Update 1803, wherein backups fail if the user has configured OneDrive or Sharepoint mapped folders for backup. This issue will be fixed for inSync Cloud users in the upcoming inSync Client v6.1 which is scheduled for release on July 28th, 2018. If any of your users are experiencing this issue, contact Druva Support. inSync Cloud update released on July 14, 2018 The following enhancements are available with this Cloud update. Enhancements: Login and Administrator experience change The following updates are now available on the inSync Management Console: * A new login page that enhances the login experience. * A new role, Druva Cloud Administrator, and updates to the existing administrator roles. * New guidelines for a stronger password policy. * Availability of Single Sign-On and Geofencing functionalities to the inSync Business Edition. * The option to experience the new Druva Cloud Platform Console from the inSync Management Console. * A new login and logout experience for customers with inSync as well as Phoenix licenses. Introducing the Druva Cloud Platform Console The Druva Cloud Platform Console provides administrators with the capability to manage and monitor Druva services for their account, and it provides: * An overview of all the services in an account. * Information about the data protected by Druva. * Information about the data sources that are registered with Druva.
