This is to notify that Druva has ended support for Windows Server 2003 on Nov 17, 2017 at 9:30 AM PDT (17:30 UTC). Druva will no longer provide fixes, updates, or technical assistance for Phoenix agents that are installed on Windows Server 2003.
To ensure that Phoneix agents continue to backup data after the End of Support date, install Phoenix agents on a Druva-certified platform that is fully qualified by our Quality Assurance (QA) team. Druva certifies these environments and performs regular testing with every cloud release to ensure the functionality works as expected.
